3 creative Christmas presentations

Christmas presentations

I believe it is good to try new ways of looking at things that are familiar to us (especially Christmas and Easter).  If we don’t, the danger is that the meaning and richness of these days will become routine and mundane in our lives.  I don’t want this to happen in my life.

Over the last several years, I have come across three very creative (and non-traditional) Christmas presentations.  I think these presentations are very well done and they help us look at this familiar story with fresh eyes.  I would like to share them with you.

3 creative Christmas presentations

1. The digital story of the Nativity

2. The Christmas Story by Kids

3. A Social Network Christmas

Which of the three is your favourite?
Have you seen any other creative Christmas presentations? If so, please share them!

  1. Great stuff here, Kevin. I love the Social Network one–great contextualization.

Honestly, (besides the Holy Spirit of course) something that's keeping Christmas fresh this year is all the great posts I've been reading around the blogosphere. There are such great insights and reflections. I love it. It's great to have community in all its forms so thank you Kevin!

  2. The Social Network one is my favourite too. I am going to use it at our Christmas Eve service.

Reading other people's perspectives has been great for me too.

    Thanks for sharing Jason!

  3. I like the Social network Christmas, and will celebrate 2012 Christmas on Social network :)

    Thanks

These are great! My Favorite is The Social Network Christmas. I think it great especially for young teens or tweens to get a message that seems cool to them and will resonate with them.

I feel it is important to share the real meaning of Christmas especially for young people, who unfortunately in our society, seems to forget.

    Thanks again Kevin!

  5. All three very creative, Kevin, but I think my favorite it the digital story. High speed, Appeals to the younger people who would probably be looking up stuff like this.
