Well . . . ummmm . . . hmmmm . . . how do I say this? I didn’t lose ANYTHING AGAIN!! It’s all good though because if I had lost weight this week it would have encouraged me to continue to do nothing about my diet. Needless to say – not a good week in the eating department. I am excited to say though that I continued on in the Couch to 5k program. This week was a little tougher than last week but I managed to fight through it. This has been my saving grace.
Goals:
1. Lose 31 pounds. (This could be a LONG process at the pace that I am going at).
2. Be able to run 5 km’s before the end of the summer (for my American friends out there that is just over two miles).
3. To participate in the Coast to Coast Foot Roast in September (I am all jazzed about doing this).
Here’s hoping that I lose some weight this week!
